advice:
If you’re not living the dream daily, creating art as often as you can, you should. be everything you ever wanted to be and fuck how people say you should live your life. I live the dream. my dream. daily.

appreciation post, love from LFT to you
When we started almost seven years ago, everyone hated us. We weren’t that good and half the time we played shows just to piss people off. We thought that was our niche, an inside joke that no one wanted to get and our own noodling on our instruments. Over time though we became more and more serious as we threw in more of our resources, became more serious about ourselves, and as we became...

LFT needs a fill in drummer NOW
We need a fill in drummer for our upcoming tour with Boys No Good and the tour that meets at the end of that run with The Sheds. This tour is a little over a week away and I understand that is extremely short notice but if you live in the Southeast, preferably Alabama, have a month of free time, can play our material competently. Hit us up on Facebook or at bloom_lotus_@hotmail.com or...
I need a little help...
we’re working on something really cool right now. If it happens, if everything goes through as planned, then my dreams will come true. soooo, what I need from our followers is simply keep us in your thoughts. Maybe if we create enough positive vibes, everything will unfold. Be good to people, be good to yourself, and keep us in your thoughts, maybe PMA will pull through. love y’all,

Revival of Dissent
To the digital world, To the faux webbing I have traveled the U.S. and heard the future. The future sounds like a rehash of nothing worth writing or recording, east of intent and tolerance is where most of us live. The best part about the realization is we now have a true north, any direction we decide to move that is away from this low point in sub-culture is a worthwhile move. we’ve...
armedwithacrayon asked: Yo! Latin for Truth?! I love you guys! Captain Hardcore Comes Crashing In is one of my favorite songs. :) Keep it up!
story time
the story goes something like this: LFT had just finished a set at New Brookland Tavern in West Columbia, SC. I felt fine, exhausted and hungry as usual, but not any different from any other night. So I went out back to the smoking area to talk to some friends from the area, one of which bought me a beer. Before I finish my beer I feel my insides cave in, knowing my physical exhaustion limitations...
alwaysmovingneverstopping asked: The character limit in that last ask prevented me from adding in the important detail that would be the fact that I've been sleeping all day from the Benadryl. Haha, but word up. Hope there was more than like 10 kids there and I really hope the next time you guys are in the area I'll be able to catch your set. Take care dudez.
alwaysmovingneverstopping asked: Hey guys, I'm the one who just got the Paul Malls tattoo, and oddly enough it was an allergic reaction to a LFT tattoo that prevented me from getting to go see LFT, haha. This morning I woke up and had terrible hives all up my arm, turns out I'm having a shitty reaction to the red ink. I know that you guys don't have a huge fanbase over here so it killed me not being able to make...
sometimes I wonder...
If there was a machine that made artists and musicians’ intent wildly apparent if kids would still enjoy said band or artist. thoughts?

The tour is going well. Lots of punk shit is happening. I’ve thrown up on everyone’s stuff except Corey’s, but don’t worry, I got his stuff last tour in Mesa, AZ.

update #294567431
Just listened to a rough mix, without certain strings and harmonies, of There’s a Castle and a Crown for Every Cockroach in Every Town. 5 songs, 11 minutes. I think we perfected the punk rock acoustic ep. Our friend Hannah and Timmi did guest vocals on two songs and various #teamshithead members are on the record as well. So proud of it. tracklisting:

We’re recording with our good friend and new blood punk rock producer, Aries, who did the When I’m Older record. Shit’s sounding pretty silly, in a great way. What all songs do you guys...
